Posting On-Campus Jobs and Volunteer Opportunities

McGill faculty and staff can post on-campus jobs and volunteer opportunities for students and recent graduates in myFuture by registering for an employer account.

1. Register for an Employer Account:
   • Company: Indicate "McGill University."
   • Division: Specify your unit, faculty, or department.
   • Email: Use your McGill employee email address.
   • Password: Choose a different password from what you use for other McGill systems.

   • For detailed instructions, please refer to our employer user guides.
3. Job Boards:
   • General Jobs & Internships/Co-Op:
     • Paid positions available year-round, posted by both external and university employers.
   • Volunteering:
     • Unpaid part-time and short-term opportunities, both on and off-campus, that may include a stipend. Available year-round.
